Re: Free Referrals of Non-Immigrant H-2A Workers

Greetings,

My name is Sister Dina. I have a non-profit organization of 24 years, based in the State of  Georgia (USA). We have, for years, supported people within the United States and in foreign countries - with food, housing, advocacy, and referrals to other essential needs. But as a non-profit, it is quite difficult to be able to support all who are in need. And as founder, my heart aches when I hear of a family not having food to feed their children, not being able to pay their rent, not being able to afford medical care and pay for necessary medications and treatments. 

Those scenarios are even more prevalent in countries that are impoverished. But there is a solution that does not require you to send us any money. We just need your support in our mission for bettering lives and transforming communities around the world. I pray your company will partner with us in entering non-immigrant workers into the United States -to work on your farm(s)- by way of the H-2A Visa Program. 

We are proposing to become a joint employer with your farming business and handle all of the screening and recruitment of our referrals to your company and to also avail our referrals and your other farm workers - coordinated resources to help with health care, developing language skills, obtaining a driver’s license, and accessing food, clothing, and furniture donations. Our services will not cost you anything. It is free of charge. 

Why offer you our recruits free of charge? Well, we do a lot of good, when we even help one (1) non-immigrant worker obtain their visa, enter the United States, work and save money, and enable that worker to financially support their families back home. The opportunity to work on your farm: will create a path out of poverty, build dignity, give hope, and facilitate the economic development of communities around the world. And that promotes our mission for building lives, as we tirelessly work towards eradicating hunger. I pray you will agree to join us in this very important mission.

Our recruits are travel-ready and eager to begin working on your farm. Currently, we have over one hundred and thirty-seven (137) non-immigrant workers - some from: Haiti, Dominican Republic, Chile. They are very serious about their mission to build a better life for their families and communities. You will have workers who are dedicated to fulfilling their tasks, workers that will engage on the field as a team, workers who will come to work when scheduled and be on time, and workers who will show their gratitude by doing good work. Our number of recruits are increasing daily, through word-of-mouth. And that is a good thing for the smaller agricultural employers and for larger farming companies that are looking for an economical way to meet seasonal and temporary labor needs that will ensure consistent productivity in bringing food to America’s tables.

Our partnership will alleviate your burden of finding dedicated farm workers, will assist  non-immigrant workers looking for agricultural job opportunities in the United States, and will help fulfill Tell The World Ministries' mission of building lives and transforming communities around the world.
